About the program...

The California Aftershock was started as a way to keep more players involved in the sports they love. We aim to provide a quality place to play, with great coach's, and a positive environment. The teams will be based out of the South Bay area, but will play games and in tournaments all over Southern California and beyond, based on the teams level of competition.

Our Philosophy… We want to provide an exceptional sports experience for kids to who want to compete in their given sport at a high level. Our coaching philosophy is based on the principles of hard work, continual improvement, and respect. We aim to teach players to respect themselves, their team mates, the officials, and the sport they play. We do that by instituting a policy of hard work both on and off the field to always seek continual improvement. We believe the every player can excel to whatever level of competition they want to achieve with enough hard work and determination. We stress the fundamentals, doing the basics the right way. Our goal is to make sure we do our best to prepare our players for the next level, no matter what level that might be. We want to make our players better young men and women and to enjoy their time doing it.
