FAQ... How long will my order take to ship? Most in stock orders ship within 3 business days. Delivery on most in stock orders takes 5 business days once shipped.
Orders placed after 2PM PST will be processed the next BUSINESS DAY. Orders placed after 2pm PST Friday will not be processed until Monday.
For example...
If I place and order Friday night at 9pm PST, even with next day shipping will not be received before Tuesday.
If I place and order Tuesday night 6pm PST with over night shipping, it will not be received before Thursday.
If I place and order Wednesday 8AM PST with over night shipping should be received by Thursday afternoon.
What if its out of stock, can you still get it? Of course, if we don't have an item in stock we can call our manufacturers directly and get the item for you, shipped directly to you. We can get virtually anything your looking for so don't hesitate to ask- email your questions to californiaprosports@yahoo.com
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: There is a 25% restocking fee for all returns. Returns can only be made on un-used, un-opened, unprinted items. Cancellations can only be made prior to the order being processed. Once an order has been processed, the order falls under our return policy. Returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, refunds will be made back to the payment method provided at the time of order if the item can be returned. To return items, email californiaprosports@yahoo.com and we will contact you in regards to your request. If we believe your item meets the requirements of a return good, you will be provided a Return Authorization number to reference your return. A call tag will be sent for the item. Once we receive the item and inspect it you will be used a refund less the 25% restocking fee. Shipping is no-refundable CUSTOMERS MUST GET AN RA# BEFORE SHIPPING ITEMS BACK.
